The ACE boardroom features exposed brick, large glass windows, and beautiful original artwork – this is not your typical hum-drum corporate meeting space! Our live-edge, custom-built Canadian walnut table comfortably seats up to 12 people. The room is outfitted with a 65” Smart HD TV for presentations, a large glass dry-erase board, and privacy blinds. Did you know that we offer a “Community Membership” for $95/month? This gets you member rates on our conference rooms, access to our members-only events, and a professional mailing address for your website and business cards. It’s a great option if you need to book meeting space often.


For larger meetings, presentations, exhibits, celebrations, training sessions and more, The Gallery is a great choice. With over 600 square feet, this brightly lit space can be arranged to accommodate many configurations. Tell us what you need, and we can probably make it happen! We provide comfortable chairs and a limited number of tables. If you need additional rented furnishings for your event, we can recommend one of our preferred suppliers. A colourful collection of contemporary works by local artists are on display here – they can serve as an inspiring backdrop for your event, or be removed to display your own presentation materials. Free wifi. We can provide projector and cables and/or easel and chart paper. Coffee service available.
