ACE’s Mailbox Plan includes these features
A true street address, not a just P.O. Box number. The ACE Mailbox Service gives your company a true business address. It can be used on your website, business cards and all of your marketing and promotional materials.
Package acceptance from all shipping carriers. You’ll never miss a delivery, including signatures.
Mail and package notification. Save time. Save a trip. You will be notified by email from our front desk when there is a delivery for you.
Mail holding. We’ll hold your packages for you in a secure location for pick up.
Scanning (additional fee applies). For an additional $15/month we can scan your mail and email it to you. We can hold on to the original mail items or shred them after scanning.
Terms
The ACE Mailbox Service is $45 /month plus HST. The scanning service is additional $15/month plus HST. The minimum commitment period is 6 months, paid in advance. After the initial 6-month period, you will be billed on a month-to-month basis, unless you have directed us to do otherwise. We only accept credit card payment for this service. Mail forwarding is not included, but can be arranged for an extra fee.
Parcels not picked up within 90 days will be “returned to sender.”
Here’s how you use the ACE virtual office…
Do not add “ACE Coworking” to your address. Just use your name and/or company name and the street address.
If you’re having parcels delivered, be sure to indicate “deliver during business hours.”
Start to use your new address as soon as payment on the initial invoice has been processed.
Upon cancellation of this service, our address must be removed immediately from any of your print or digital marketing materials and any business registrations that include the address will need to be adjusted. Likewise, non-payment of monthly fees will result in the withdrawal of address privileges.
